These Terms & Conditions apply to all consultations, appointments and treatments provided by Michelle Louise Kent Aesthetics.

By making a booking with Michelle Louise Kent Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments and consultations

All treatments are subject to an appropriate consultation and clinical assessment.

Your medical history, current medication, allergies, previous treatments and any relevant health information must be disclosed accurately and honestly.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may affect your suitability for treatment and may increase the risk of complications.

Michelle Louise Kent Aesthetics reserves the right to decline, postpone or modify treatment where it is considered clinically inappropriate or unsafe to proceed.

Your safety will always take priority over providing a requested treatment.

2. Deposits and booking fees

Some treatments require a non-refundable booking fee/deposit at the time of booking.

A non-refundable booking fee/deposit will apply to:

• Treatments with a total value of £200 or more.

• Appointments involving prescription-only medication.

• Any appointment where a booking fee/deposit is specifically stated at the time of booking.

The amount required will be confirmed when making your booking.

The booking fee/deposit will be non-refundable and will normally be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

By paying the booking fee/deposit, you acknowledge and agree that it is non-refundable.

This booking fee/deposit secures your appointment time and covers the administration and preparation associated with reserving your appointment.

3. Cancellations and rearranging appointments

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.

You can contact Michelle Louise Kent Aesthetics by the usual contact method provided when making your booking.

Less than 24 hours' notice

If you cancel or rearrange your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, your booking fee/deposit will not be refunded.

If you have not paid a booking fee/deposit for the appointment, you may be required to pay a non-refundable £50 booking fee before any future appointment can be booked.

Non-attendance

Failure to attend your appointment without providing the required notice will be treated as a cancellation.

Any booking fee/deposit already paid will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

A non-refundable £50 booking fee will be required before any future appointment can be booked.

Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in Michelle Louise Kent Aesthetics declining to accept future bookings.

4. Late arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid affecting other clients.

If there is insufficient time to safely provide the treatment, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rearranged.

Where an appointment has to be cancelled because of significant lateness, the cancellation policy may apply and any applicable booking fee/deposit will not be refunded.

5. Prescription-only medication

Certain aesthetic treatments may involve prescription-only medication.

Where prescription-only medication is required, an appropriate consultation and clinical assessment will take place before prescribing.

The prescribing clinician will determine whether treatment and/or medication is clinically appropriate.

Payment of a booking fee does not guarantee that prescription medication will be prescribed or that treatment will be carried out.

Where a booking involves prescription-only medication, a non-refundable booking fee/deposit will be required at the time of booking.

6. Treatment suitability

Not every treatment is suitable for every individual.

Treatment may be refused, postponed or altered where:

• A contraindication is identified.

• Your medical history or medication makes treatment unsuitable.

• You have an active infection or skin condition.

• Further medical assessment or advice is required.

• The requested treatment is not clinically appropriate.

• Proceeding would present an unacceptable risk.

Where treatment cannot safely be provided, this decision will be made in the interests of your safety.

7. Treatment results

Aesthetic treatments cannot guarantee a particular result.

Individual results vary depending on factors including anatomy, age, skin condition, lifestyle, genetics, medical history, medication and previous treatments.

Realistic expectations will be discussed during your consultation.

8. Aftercare

You will be provided with appropriate aftercare advice following your treatment.

You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided.

If you have any concerns following treatment, please contact Michelle Louise Kent Aesthetics as soon as possible.

If you experience a medical emergency, you should seek appropriate emergency medical attention.

9. Follow-up appointments

Where a follow-up appointment is clinically appropriate, this will be discussed with you.

A follow-up appointment does not automatically entitle you to additional treatment free of charge.

Any further treatment required will be discussed on an individual basis.

10. Refunds

All booking fees/deposits specified within these Terms & Conditions are non-refundable.

Treatment fees are payable for the treatment or service provided and are not based solely on achieving a particular aesthetic outcome.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. Promotions and special offers

Promotional treatments and special offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Offers cannot be transferred to another person.

• Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

• All treatments remain subject to consultation, suitability and availability.

12. Photography

Before-and-after photographs may be taken as part of your treatment records where appropriate.

Your photographs will not be used for advertising, social media, the website or other marketing purposes without your separate consent.

You are not required to consent to marketing photography in order to receive treatment.

13. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information collected during consultations and treatments may include health information and will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

14. Complaints

If you have a concern about your treatment or experience, please contact Michelle Louise Kent Aesthetics as soon as possible.

We will aim to investigate and resolve complaints fairly and professionally.

15. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

Michelle Louise Kent Aesthetics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The current version will be published on the website and will apply to future bookings.

16. Acceptance

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
